2.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: name, email address, company name, job title, and password when you create an account or request early access.
• Billing Information: payment method details processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers.
• Communications: information you provide when contacting us via email, support tickets, or feedback forms.
• Brand & Content Data: testimonials, case studies, brand guidelines, ICP definitions, and other content you upload to generate campaign assets.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: pages viewed, features used, clicks, session duration, and other interaction data.
• Device Information: browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and IP address.
• Cookies & Similar Technologies: we use cookies, pixels, and local storage to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyze usage. See Section 7 for details.

When you connect third-party services (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Salesforce, HubSpot), we receive data from those platforms in accordance with their APIs and your authorization. This may include:

• CRM records (contacts, accounts, opportunities, pipeline data)
• Audience and engagement data

We access this data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell data received from third-party integrations.

• Generate AI-powered campaign assets and recommendations
• Aggregate and display cross-platform campaign analytics
• Attribute campaign performance to CRM revenue outcomes
• Process transactions and send billing-related communications

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Campaign performance data and analytics may be retained in aggregated, anonymized form for product improvement purposes.

We use Anthropic's Claude API for AI-powered asset generation and recommendations. Content processed through the AI is governed by our data processing agreement with Anthropic and is not used to train their models.
